Through out my back that is. I can't believe it. I was literally doing nothing. NOTHING. I took Bella and her little friend to the movies and while I was sitting there and it tightened up. By the end I couldn't even pick up Bella. And the weird thing is is that late time it was my neck and this time it is my middle of my back.

Now I am in bed with pain killers and muscle relaxers (left over from last time) and watching Glee on DVD.

Sending me healing vibes please.

Thanks everybody. I feel better today. It still hurts to move, but at least I can move. Going to take it easy today since DH goes back to work tomorrow and I have the girls. But at least they start preschool camp so they won't be here all day.

I used to have my back freeze up - couldn't move, couldn't breathe. Felt like my muscles had turned to iron bands. I went to PT and got muscle relaxers.

No more since I get my back adjusted.

My back would freeze up just sitting. Once just standing in the shower rinsing soap off my back from a shampoo. AGONY!
