I haven't had a sunburn on my back since I was 12.
Well yesterday I didn't think twice about putting on my swimsuit, turning the sprinklers on, and getting some weeding done in the backyard. When I came in the house I was fried to a crisp! My entire back is flaming red and so sore. That'll teach me!

take a tea bag get it wet and put it on your burn...it helps take the sting away..

Oh goodness! I luckily haven't had a sunburn in years! Lather on some aloe girl!

Yeah I had completely forgotten how changes in your body can change your sun tolerence. I am still sooooooooo sore! I have been putting aloe on it quit a bit and took a few cool showers. Don't know how I am going to do my dental appointment in the morning....

Poor baby! I do that at least once a year...it wouldn't summer if I didn't do it! Aloe is great, and so is vinegar...but not together.

Poor you. I just hate getting a sunburn, it hurt and the skin just feel like it has shrunk 3 sizes I hope you have something to put on that helps. Hugs to you

My recomendation is to keep on hand a product called Ocean Potion...It looks like a blue hair gel. its got lidocain and aloe in it. the lidocain numbs the skin slightly so you can rest. Its also great for mosquito bites that itch like crazy.

I feel your pain! We went to the fair on Saturday and I used the spray stuff - apparently I can't get a good angle on the back of my arms or my shoulders, because I'm fried. Yowch!
