I found it last night while out shopping and when I put it on, I loved it more than anything. LOL!

You seriously bought it??? It's absolutely gorgeous I just didn't realize that people, real people, paid that much for a dress. Really. Wow.

That's a pretty insulting comment there M'Lee. :waiting:

After all, people on here are spending that much on scrapbooking supplies! I haven't bought a single new dress since before my 4 year old was born. I deserve it!

Gorgeous!!!  I made the mistake of clicking on the other dress categories too...now I'm drooling over multiple dresses. I think that I will buy one when I reach my goal weight (hopefully at the end of this year!). That will be a reward for doing so good!

I'm sorry you felt that way Diana. I honestly didn't know people spent that much on a dress for no special reason. Really. I guess I'm also a little surprised that you then put the price tag on the site.

There are several women on here who are barely surviving in this economy, whose husbands are finding out this week whether or not they will have a job or not. There are people on this site from Australia whose country has been devastated by wildfires. Our entire economy in the US is falling apart.

While I did NOT mean to personally insult you, I find it a little insulting that someone would flaunt that kind of spending in the face of others here who have opening shared their financial burdens. Buy the dress, LOVE the dress and enjoy it to its fullest but that's a little like wearing the price tag on the outside of the dress at a party so every one will know how much you spent on it. Discretion is the better form of valour.

Holy cow gorgeous dress!  I am green with envy!  And I'm looking forward to those self portraits so I can be even more jealous, of course!

I think we all choose to spend our money differently and we ALL have more than some and less than others.  Some of us, despite the economy, go on vacation, make repairs to our houses, or buy lots of supplies and it is pretty obvious that those things aren't free either.  No one should be made to feel guilty for being able to afford something nice, even if it isn't what you would choose to purchase.  Just my opinion! :-D
