 It's ok if you drink other things as well, just try to make sure to get your 8 of water today in too!
 Water naturally refreshens and helps suppress appetite, help in digestion, hydrate your skin...and lots more. Sounds like something you would pay money for to get in a pill huh? LOL

Great idea Diana. Workdays are easy for me. It's the days I'm out or at home that I tend to slack. I've got 16 oz in so far. Now I need my morning coffee.

 Okay, I'm ready to go!  I don't know how much I drank while exercising so I'm not counting that yet.  I'm on glass #2 of my 14oz glass.

 Make sure the older folks in your life drink plenty of water. My Dad just went home from the hospital after being there 2 days. Some of his electrolyte levels were low and I'm sure that was because he doesn't drink enough water. A co-worker's dad spent a week in the hospital in part because of dehydration.
I'm half way through a 12 oz glass of water and am on my 3rd cup of tea and had a glass of water with breakfast. Good stuff!

 Just finished my first 32 oz container of water... it'll probably get filled at least TWICE more before the end of the day!

 I just finished my first 16 ounce glass.  I really do not like water.  I'm going out to dinner with friends tonight, so will get a few glasses in then and will get the rest in before and after.  I also needed to get motivated to exercise.  I think we need a post for that as well.

 I did it 8 glasses done. Actually this is my second day, I started doing it yesterday. I sound like a sparkletts bottle when I walk but I did it.
