Well, to my family I'm known as the salad lady (among other things).  When I bring a salad, it's filled with all types of dark, leafy lettuces and spinach, veggies such as cukes, broccoli, carrots and grape tomatoes.  I always bring a few homemade salad dressings and extras such as garbanzo beans, croutans, blue cheese, etc.

I've been known to bring a taco pasta salad, another pasta salad with tortellini, peas, ham, swiss cheese and a ranch dressing, or asian cole slaw.

 Bud calls them reindeer balls.

It's a sausage/cheese /biscuit mix shaped in balls.

They are so good

I make a sausage pepper meatball.  Sausage, red & green peppers, egg and breadcrumbs.  I salt & black pepper at the end so the juices doen't run out & dry them.  Yum!

I've never been invited to a party. :(
We go to my mom's on xmas eve and she does the cooking, and on xmas, my hubby does the cooking. He's been a cook for years in resturants until he got his new job this past April.

In the winter months for parties or family gatherings, I am the Baked Mac and Cheese lady.  During summer gatherings, I do make a 24 hour salad that is typically requested by my neices.  As for what I wait for all year, is a crab dip my cousin makes and her coney sauce.

Spinach balls. My husband loves them, not sure how many other people like them.

Why, cupcakes, of course! :-D

But in terms of savory items I have specific little meatballs and chicken wings that are often requested.

Well i don't cook, so I usually make something called Veggie Pizza. It's a cold pizza and really tasty! You have a cresent roll crust (you bake this before you put any toppings on), a layer of cream cheese & ranch spread over that then you put on veggies like cauliflower, broclli and carrots, then top with some shredded cheese. it is so tasty! At least everyone I know loves it!
