I will put my seatbelt on when moving my car in the plaza parking lot. It's a must for me.
I do believe my seatbelt saved my life when we were rear ended on the interstate in February 1996.

my rings. i actually suffer a moment of panic when i realize they are not on. also, i wear a metal bracelet for the men dh lost on 9/11. i tried taking it off a few times, and am so used to having it on, i constantly reach to move it down to my wrist even when it's not there!
