I Had Sad News Today

I have a monthly stamp club...10 of us who meet to make cards and place orders and we rotate the hostess so each person gets a chance at the benefits. Well, one of my friend's in club passed away last night. I am stunned. It was unexpected. She found out she had breast cancer in August and had her surgery a few weeks later. Then a few weeks later they had to redo the surgery because they botched. She wasn't at the last stamp club in Nov because she was on a cruise with her husband...we e-mailed back and forth a few times while she was there....she was thought it was fun that you can send e-mail from the middle of the ocean. Anyway, she had her first chemo last week and felt OK, but left church Sunday not feeling well. Sometime during the week her husband took her to the hospital...I guess she developed an infection. Anyway, please keep them in your prayers.

I'm so sorry to hear the sad news! A friend of mine just had surgery for breast cancer on Monday! I will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers!
