And I do not think it is the economy. I had a customer just out and out lie to me about putting a check in the mail. I paid my guys time and a half to get a job out the door that he knew he couldn't or wouldn't pay for...

What makes people think they have that right? And now we are out 40 grand????? I mean really....... why do people purchase things they cannot pay for. It is not like it is food or something..

Give him 1 more chance and tell him if you don't have it in hand by x time then you are taking out an ad in a local paper about his service, reporting him to the BBB and taking him to small claims court (if $40K is small claims?) -
