Hehe, you ladies are so funny. I don't if you know about my friday night wine typing, but me drinking at a crop is not a good idea. I can't type to save my life when I'm drinking. I would never be able to participate in the games, no one would have a clue what I'm saying. Come on, I know I'm not the only the can't drink-n-type!

But that is what makes it SO SO SO fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The conversations get so interesting this way!!!!Smiley-Scrap8 wrote: Come on, I know I'm not the only the can't drink-n-type!

Hey I didn't realize this crop was actually a long happy hour. Maybe thats why you ladies have so much fun. I need to make sure I need to add *Go to the liquor store" to my list of "To Dos before Crop". Hmmm...I wonder if I should go buy a margarita maker and keep by the computer too.
Treasa - that is a good idea...but a word of caution....after a few games of bingo, a couple of margaritas and no sleep....don't confuse your glitter for salt and your salt for glitter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cyndi,
I love it...I'm sure it won't taste so good, but my mouth will be sparkling. Huh, i wonder what dh would think of that? He would definitely think I'm off my rocker.

THAT should be first on the list! After a long day of scrapping, you will look at the mess you've made. You will be exhausted, yet on a 'high from all the fun. This is the crucial point.... Do you clean up your mess? WAIT! Remember, it is 1AM, and the rop will be in full swing in a few hours again. SO, do you relax with a drink or two.... Or, do you really want to clean up that scrappy mess (that you will only add to in the morning )Cimorosete wrote: Hey I didn't realize this crop was actually a long happy hour. ps: I am so stealing that avi! I love margaritas!!!

Me too, love margaritas that is. I think I will opt for clean that mess up later, much later. I will probably need to catch up on some zzzz's and still not worry about the mess. Hmmm..great minds thinks alike!!! LOL
you girls are killing me, LMAO!!
thought of a couple more things to add...
MAKE SURE you know how to navigate the message board, gallery and shoppe. Can you copy an image from the shoppe or gallery and paste it in your topic reply? Do you know how to search the shoppe by keyword, product type and company name? Will you remember that if you submit your reply and it comes up that others have replied before you, you HAVE TO wait until the page finishes loading with your typed reply before you click submit again. And that after submitting your reply, use those links to quickly jump back to the current forum or the most recent topics, it will help you get around quicker.
* another supply item you may want to have on hand is something alterable. You know those CT girls always come up with some fun altering project so make sure you've got some basic chipboard shapes, and household items like frames, canisters, tins, boxes, etc. LOL no, I won't make you alter a box of tissues this time around.

As soon as each bingo is posted, I make my choices and print the page out, then put it aside. That way I can at least be prepared for them, and I put the list of bingos in order that they will be played. Then I don't have to worry about it until its time for the game to begin!

one more - make sure you are visible on the board if you're not usually.
I am soo glad to see this thread! I was so overwhelmed the last crop, that I got a headache!! Now I kow how to prepare and can't wait!

Once the schedule is announced I like to print it out. I then write down the challenges and fast scraps in the proper time slots as we go along so I can work on what I want when I went. It is easier than looking up the challenge/fast scrap threads. It also is a great way to keep track of time...so you don't miss out on something you wanted to do like a class or something.
