I feel so left out. I have never tasted fried turkey. Nobody that I know makes fried turkey. I don't even understand how you could fry it.

SMOKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's THE only way to go!!! If dh isn't here then we go baked....which is OK....I guess! LOL Never have had fried. Would be afraid that I'd burn the neighborhood down!
