YAY!    My hubby often makes mushroom, peppers & cheese omelettes, and  bacon for supper.  Yum!
and if he loves me extra that day he makes homefries  too.  (I can't even eat those in restaurants anymore because his are the absolute best.)

I have breakfast and dinner regulary.  It's lunch that sometimes gets forgotten.  I am so lucky to have a man who loves to cook.  Since he retired he plans most of the dinners.  Gotta love it!

Re: yay or nay?
Most definitely YAY! I got a porcelain egg cooker from Pampered Chef a few months ago, it’s so cool. It makes scrambled eggs in the microwave and they are so nice and fluffy. A dab of shredded cheese and some chopped up baby spinach, perfect dinner for me.

Absolutely Yay!!!!  When my boys were younger, we had breakfast for dinner at least once a week. It's so quick and easy.
