Soapbox time!

I understand my lifestyle on the ranch is under threat from Animal Rights Activists. I understand 99% of our population is removed from the farm and has no idea the importance of the 1% who grow the food in our country. I understand the 1% grows all of the food we need for our country and only 96% of the food for the world. I understand we as a nation are very giving to other countries of our food resources when they are in need without regard to politics. I understand the 99% should care about how much food will increase in price if Animal Rights Activists get their way. I understand the Animal Rights Activists won't give up. I DO NOT understand why I can't help others understand and care what I see is coming.

Please if you live in Ohio do not destroy your agriculture systems and cause loss of jobs by siding with the ballot initiative which will be on your 2010 ballot on animal agriculture, don't fall for the shock value of the commercials you are about to start seeing. If it passes it's not just job loss and farms in 5th and 6th generation that will be lost, it is your food prices for meat will dramatically increase. Think hard before you push the button in the ballot box. Missouri you may see the same thing happen in 2010. Feel free to ask me questions via PM when you start seeing the commercials.
