I am registered and always vote in person. We don't have machines either...like Tessa we get a pencil and boxes. And there usually isn't a line so I just run in before or after school (I vote at my DDs school) and it's quick and easy. I was always told if you don't vote you can't complain about who gets elected...I like to complain...so I vote! ROFL.
And I've decided I want to go vote with Laura though...I want eye candy while I'm voting!!!!
I'm registered and my voting place it directly across the street from my house, no reason NOT to vote!
I used to be a "celebrity cherry", but now I'm in re-hab...... Holy Carp!
Yes. I am registered. I go to vote because if I tried to mail it in it would never get done.
Becky

Yes, I am registered. I wish I could do it by mail. But I will stand in line. I will most likely be one of the last voters. I will get home about 30 minutes before the polls close.
Speaking of Canada, isn't it "funny" how other countries are more advanced in their voting systems than America and yet we often feel like we know it all? There are so many ways to make our US elections more fair and accurate and yet those in power are too afraid of what would be the outcome if they did.
I am registered and I vote in person. I would never vote by mail because I live in the south and I have seen first hand what happens to most of those ballots. When I ran for office I did participate in "early voting" which is how I found out that they had screwed up the voting machines with my name on it! LOL! Gotta love elections!!

I have moved a lot in my life, but always register to vote as soon as the last box is moved in. Where we live now, it's a very small township - well less than 200 registered voters. I used to vote on my way to work at 7:00 a.m.; now we go together in the morning. The last one, we didn't even know there WAS an election and happened by the town hall by accident - at 7:00 p.m. we were #'s 23 & 24. We vote in the townhall/firehouse, but it's a totally volunteer fire hall and I haven't seen any eye candy in the entire township (except when there's construction on the main highway, and then they sure aren't locals)!!
I wonder, sometimes, if we ever give God a headache.
Yes and I will vote in person

I am registered, but have thought that my vote would make a difference.
Still not sure that it will, but I AM voting this year...in person.

Rosa sat so that Martin could walk. Martin walked so that Barack could run. Barack ran so that our children could fly.
I am registered to vote and I plan on voting in person.
I am not registered to vote, but my Boyfriend is going to take me tomorrow to get registered to vote. I have voted in the past elections. But since we moved to our new house I never found the time to go down there.
Michelle
No I am not a registered voter. I am not really into the political thing.
Here I come to save the day! Chas

Sure am. Since I was 18 and legally able to vote I have not missed one. I feel like if I don't vote, I don't have the right to complain about whose in there! hahaha!
I'm registered. But always afraid I will hit the wrong button!
Christine
Yep, I am. And since I moved, the polling place is about 2 min from my house, so I'll go stand in line.
