I have videos of the 2 I had done, and yes they were inside views.  I could see everything they did internally.  Actually your knee looks about right for one month.  PT is very important, get going on it or ask dr to send you to a PTf for help.

 Apply Vitamin E oil on it whenever you can. It will help minimize the scar ....eventually.
