This is Marshmellow's new place to be when we have thunderstorms. My son covered her with a towel. More pictures in my gallery! This dog is a MESS...but honestly, I suppose they do say get in the bathtub if there is a tornado and you don't have a basement, so....

I read this all wrong. I thought it read "Our new puppy FROM shelter". Oops! I know you're not ready for another one.

My heart goes out to sweet Marshmellow. And you! I wish the calming products would work on her.

But like you said....during a tornado....the bathtub is a great place.

Oh I would take another one in a heartbeat. DH however...well.... LOL

Poor baby. I love how she is covered with the towel. Yes she is a smarty to get in the bathtub!

Sweet! I think the close confines help and the towel! Annie gets scared also, cover her up & if its day I sit in a chair with her squeezed beside me or at night right next to me and I Hold onto her!

i have a german shepherd named Bee. Our bathtub his Storm shelter. I take extra care of him in that situation. I don't know why he acts like this.
