yay!! Always reminds me of when I was little. every once in a while my mom would make pancakes for dinner. I loved it!

We do it all the time. I like to cook up bacon and keep some in the refrigerator to reheat for a quick breakfast or just a snack. When I do breakfast, I usually do eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns and toast. My son LOVES it.

our youngest DD LOVES when I make breakfast casserole......im not as big of a fan...don't like the way the eggs cook

Yay!  When I don't have anything specific to eat it's always omelettes With whatever veg and cheese is in the fridge.  Plus whatever is around.

Haven't done it in a long time but yes! I used to make French Toast for supper a lot. DH loves that!! Thanks for the reminder lol.

my youngest dd loves French toast...so glad she can make it on her own now.....she will make enough so that DH can have some too.....her justification I guess..LOL

in summer weather I like that im not heating up the house with the oven....I have a big elec skillet and could even cook outside if I wanted to...

Yay!  I am never hungry to eat that kind of stuff early in the morning.  Plus, it is the easiest dinner to fix! ;)
