getting so frustrated with trying to load my new avatar

I have tried all day to figure this out. I did it before and for some reason it wont work. I want to post my updated pic of me- half the size I used to be. Im about to throw in the towel. lol. I am not a techie for sure.

Good Luck!!! It took me forever to upload mine. I would love to change it but I have no idea how to. I know it has to be a certain size. At one time there was a post on how to upload.

Lana, the size of the photo is the key. Is it smaller than 100x192?

I changed mine recently and it took me a long time to get it right. The main problem was the size - it has to be much smaller than you would think. Good Luck!

I use plain old paint program on my computer to resize. I think that's on the drop down "resize" and put in 100. Upload to the gallery, then copy and paste that URL.

I was saving it to photobucket but now I cant seem to copy the link or thingy from photobucket and drag it to the avatar spot.

I tried that.. Its not letting me use it.. I need a tech person to walk me step by step. I have always had trouble loading anything on this sight. I wish they would make it more user friendly like other sights do.

Ive resized it correct and it still wont let me load.

I also have a hard time changing the avatar. They need to make it easier. At one time it was.
