OMG that is wonderful news that it WAS just a stone!!! I can't believe that first vet either!!! I am so happy that little baby is going to be okay!!!

Oh my goodness I am just reading this and heartbroken of what all she has had to go through and how the first vet went about everything! I am so glad she is ok now but I would definitely fight on the payment and threaten a lawyer b/c that's neglect and abuse to put the dog through that!!!!

Yeah, now that this has happened we've heard of one other dog that went through the same exact thing. One of the girls that works at my bank was telling me she took her 3 yr. old golden retriever to him with the same symptoms and he told her the very same things!!!!!! Sounds like he's just in it for the money to me. Make a quick buck (approx $1,000) and no one will be the wiser; after all they don't perform autopsies on dogs that have been "diagnosed" by the vet!!!! I have no doubt my mother will fight this. Her wrath is something I know all too well...he'll be out of business by this time next year if she has her way!!! LOL!!!!
