I think I would prefer if I could only whisper. I rarely shout at all and it would be too hard of a transition. Plus my husband already says I don't talk loud enough for anyone to hear.

Whisper. I find that when there is an argument that if you lower your voice it not only calms things down a bit - but often the other person has to stop their yelling to start listening.
