Hamsters, lizards, what's next?

What's next, I'll tell you what is next. A 8 week old sugar glider. We went to the mall on Friday night and there was a stand set up selling sugar gliders. We all fell in love with them the moment we saw those cute little creators. Since Mark and I have not bought each other Christmas gifts yet, we decided that Edgar was going to be our family gift. I came up with the name Edgar because of the Baltimore Ravens. They have three ravens for the mascots named Edgar, Allen , and Poe.

I had to look it up to see what a sugar glider was! OMG....he's adorable. Nice addition to the family!!

OMG OMG OMG!!!! THis is too funny...I had never heard of them but my 10 yo dd (at the time which was 11 years ago!) did and that is all she would talk about! Begged me constantly for months I thought I would scream and probably did! I did not want or need another animal especially one that can swoop around like that - how the heck would you catch it? I guess a big net? They are adorable though!

SO cute! We saw these several years ago at a pet show, but I couldn't imagine how to care for one. Do they take much work? Looking forward to hearing how it goes...my kids would love one!
