what time do you eat

Breakfast if I eat it, is between 7-9, depending on what time I get up.


I try to have dinner on the table by 6 pm.

i typically eat within a half an hour of being awake. Which changes daily as I just get up- at the moment I don't have anywhere to be before 9:30. I eat dinner around 7 when dh gets home.

I never skip breakfast either...but I typically eat it at work. So about 8:30/9.


Dinner is totally random during the school year because of activies...but my goal time is 6:30, year round.

these days= i dont cook as much. too hot and no ones ever home. so i may just make a salad or have a smoothie with protein. I usually dont get hungry til 6 or 7.

Breakfast on weekdays: about 7:15; on weekends whenever we get up and get showered.
Lunch: weekdays: noon, weekends...depends on when we had breakfast...4 to 5 hours after that

Supper: weekdays: between 6-:45; weekends: no later than 7pm

Breakfast is whenever I get up, which can be any time between 7 and 10am, lunch around noon or 1:00 (usually something small) and dinner between 5:30 and 6.

I have coffee or diet coke at 6:30 Eastern, eat at 8 ish, then dinner around 7 unless dh is home then it's usually 5.

During the school year, the DSs and I eat breakfast during our commute so about 7:00. Supper is around 6:00 except for Wed. when we have archery at 5:00 and CCD at 6:00 so we hit a drive-thru on the way to archery about 4:00. During the summer, breakfast is whenever we get up and depends upon if we are just having cereal or actually cooking something good. Supper is around 7 or 8.

Breakfast depends on what's going on that day...usually by 7 or so. Dinner is usually at about 6:30, so that we have a little time afterward to play with DS before he's off to bed at 8:00.

I can't eat as soon as I get up in the morning, so I shower and get ready for work then I will eat around 6:30 am. I get home from work around 4:30 so I generally will start dinner when I get home and eat by 6:00.

Breakfast is iffy for me. I am usually not hungry when I first wake up, so if I eat anything, it is usually something small around 0830-0900. Since Bf gets his dinner break at work at 7, that's when we have dinner on the weekends. When it's just me for dinner during the week, I eat anywhere between 6-8.

I walk 1.5 miles from 5:30 - 6:09am, change for work in my office, then eat some breakfast around 6:30am. Dinner between 6:00 pm - 6:30pm when dh gets home and I get home and cook it.
