I have been noticing that JCP has a great selection in dresses this year too. I need to go get something to wear to a wedding dinner rehearsal.
I have the same problem as you. It is so aggravating.

I hate clothes shopping. DD needed a new dress a couple of weeks ago, and she found one at Penney's too! I'm conservative about what I let her wear, and she did a great job picking one out. Can't beat JCPenney's.

Oh, I love that 2nd one, and I've always been a little chunky around the thighs so I love the a-line dresses. Sign me up!
