Smiles: Three friends over for supper.

Frowns: our boat trip to the light house was canceled due to fog and poor dear Clare is having a terrible time getting her seat on the plane.

Smiles: Cleaned out the fridge and food pantry organized the Tupperware drawer.
Frowns: Got a blister from sanding wood for my ds pinewood derby car.

Smiles: got my to do list almost done and I think my daughter, who graduated from college a month ago, has a job
frowns: ankle & knee hurting.

Smiles: Quiet day at home with the ids


Frowns: still not quite done with laundry

I had all my kids check, too, they have gmail, and can't get on either

Smiles: My DS's best friend was accepted into West Point! We are so happy for him as he has been working very hard to get in.

Frowns: I only got half of the paper work done that I had hoped to finish, so I need to get back to work.

Smiles-- finished 4 layouts today, cleaned the bathroom and got 6 loads of laundry finished.

Frowns-- none that I can think of

Smiles: Lots of those today! Our renters checked out so looks like we have them...yay! Now we can move up the closing on our new house...it will be 2 weeks from tomorrow (yikes...really need to start packing!), had a fun day with DD, dinner out, and snow is on it's way
Frowns: Just hoping I can get back and forth to work safely this evening

Frown --- cooooold. single digit weather. brrrrrrr

Smiles: sharing a motel room with 5 kids and actually watching them all fall asleep... wonderful day spent with my kids... hot tub - need I say more?


Frowns: this respite from our normal lives just won't last long enough

Smiles: glad to see this post is back! I've missed it! Dh goes for his bike ride & I get a little time to myself!


Frowns: The woman who's job I took at work is still fighting me on giving up the portion of the job that is mine now. It's so frustrating.

Big, Huge Smiles - My dd got accepted to her 1st choice school today. Very happy, so proud of her. She got into every school she applied to which was 5 all together. I can't tell you which one she picked because of the secret sister deal I'm doing, lol. Don't want her to figure it out the 2nd mth into it
