Me too, it works great on short distances I have figured out, its too light (too me) and not heavy enough to guide it straight all the way down a 12x12 page. I didn't buy the matt so I am wondering it its any different that a normal self healing mat

I also used a smaller needle , other than the sew easy one. I just use regular DMC Floss that I have tons of for my crossstichting.

My mom sent me lots of floss she was getting rid of.

Busy day for me....no time to scrap, although I had hoped to. Sat with my Hospice patient this morning so her caregiver could go to church then picked up my GD for the afternoon. Don't see nearly enough of her since my son has her every other weekend and she lives 2 hrs north. I only see her once per month since I hate asking for her since Ben only has her four days per month

Oh, I was going to say I print PageMaps out (with the newsletter/examples) & have them in a binder chronologically. I do make a note/check mark by them when I use them so I know which ones I've used.
