off to find some crafty stores in PA
we are near lancaster, PA visiting... first time here- and I'm off to find some shops today! Anything crafty/antiquey/vintagey/scrapbooky is right up my alley. Found a cute shop called mommalicious in downtown lancaster that was SUPER cute.

anyone here from around these parts? where do I need to go? lots of Amish folk here... thinking of taking the kiddos to see an Amish farm and do a buggy ride.

me too, but you know you always get better places when you ask locals:winkb: they know the REAL places to go and the girls on this board know the good craft places.

went to Intercourse today. (teehee) fun at a place called kitchen kettle village, took the girls on a buggy ride, it was very quaint and fun! beautiful countryside, absolutely beautiful!

Re: off to find some crafty stores in PA
The best scrapbooking store in the region is in Quakertown, Pa, like Meg said. I'm a regular there. But I'm sure it would be out of your way. Heck, it takes me almost 2 hours to travel my taxi, train, and my friend's car... There's also a decent one in Burlington, NJ, but not sure how far that is from where you are.
