We're out June 9th and start up again Aug 23rd

My kids are captive until June 10, and I'm not complaining! We had a bunch of snow days to make up this year.

I have one in school at Univ. of Houston and of course he is out for the summer.

The other has been subbing at local schools in Angleton, but she wanted a summer job and DH put her back into our business.

I know Texas schools increased the number of days two or three years ago. So I don't know when they get out for the summer.

My son gets out on June 23rd. Dh is a teacher. His last day of work is June 25th.

school here do not end until June 17-18. But we also don't go back until after Labor Day.

We go until June 4. We are year round school, though, so the new school year starts July 15.

School here officially ends on Friday. Seniors last day is today. My dd (and the rest of the softball team) will be dismissed on Thursday at 9:30 (they go to school for a whole 40 minutes of class) and then they catch a flight to Ketchikan, AK to play softball for the weekend.
