No. I've never understood why people did this. Just because one person has to lose their hair doesn't mean everyone has to in solidarity. I wouldn't want my spouse to do it either - although it wouldn't matter because he's already nearly bald and I'm not shaving my head just because he's going bald now either. :? Hair is hair - it grows back.

Mine is bald anyway, so it wouldn't be traumatic for him. But I'd have no problem doing it.

I would in a heartbeat if he wanted me to. But, I honestly don't think he would ever want that to happen.
OCD is not an adjective.  It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized.  It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. 💙 I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son. 💙

You've been watching reruns of Sex and the City. :bluewinkb: I think that's more meaningful for a guy to do than a girl, since guys can rock the bald look and girls not so much. If my DH wanted me to then I would, of course, but I really don't think he'd want me to do that.

I am with the others. If my DH would feel better, I would do it in a heartbeat, but I know it would make him feel worse, so no.

Only if they asked me too. Hair grows back and wigs can be worn so if they needed it to show my support, than sure I'd do it.

Re: Question of the day 3/30
Nope - every time I get my hair cut shorter and shorter he cringes. I remember how much he disliked my hair going from quite long to shoulder length. He doesn't say anything any more -shorter is practical with kids and little time for myself. However, I would be willing if he wanted me to, of course, being a woman everyone would think I was the one with cancer.

Sorry, NO! My hair is thinning already and I would look just terrible with no hair - like Jabba the Hut!

There is absolutely no way my husband would want me to do that. He hates it when I even get it trimmed!

DH already shaves his head, but I would shave mine low if he was going through it.
