No. I've never understood why people did this. Just because one person has to lose their hair doesn't mean everyone has to in solidarity. I wouldn't want my spouse to do it either - although it wouldn't matter because he's already nearly bald and I'm not shaving my head just because he's going bald now either.

Mine is bald anyway, so it wouldn't be traumatic for him. But I'd have no problem doing it.

I would in a heartbeat if he wanted me to. But, I honestly don't think he would ever want that to happen.

Nope - every time I get my hair cut shorter and shorter he cringes. I remember how much he disliked my hair going from quite long to shoulder length. He doesn't say anything any more -shorter is practical with kids and little time for myself. However, I would be willing if he wanted me to, of course, being a woman everyone would think I was the one with cancer.
