The size!!! It's a 2 part bathroom with 2 doors! The 2nd part with the "john" and the tub is pretty tight for a Master Bathroom!!

That the plumbing was done. We have a toilet, tub and 2 sinks that aren't hooked up in an upstairs bathroom that we're re-doing. It's holding up the drywall for the rest of the house and driving me NUTS!!!
