Almost the same thing is happening with my daughter's PC. It's a weird windows issue, I'm sure. Not in any hurry to work on that!! I feel your pain!!

Ugh... that stinks! Hope you get it worked out. Happened to me twice... once I lost everything and once they were able to recover everytihing.

I googled the error code and it told me to insert a boot disk - do you have one?
