I have an adhesive remover (I think is what it's called) that works wonders, and looks a lot like that!

I have an adhesive remover that can also be used as a rub-on remover, and what I really like about it is that it is shaped like a very fat pencil and it comes to a tip, so you can do small areas with it.

I have one that looks like that from Creative Memories that I love! It will erase adhesive, pencil and rubons.
