We both do. DH has to because he's in the military. They update theirs yearly.
I do because I have both a will and a living will. We have had a lot of death in our family and I learned the hard way the necessity of having both of these documents! I also carry a donor card with me so that my wishes will be known, just in case!

Yes we do and we used www.legalzoom.com it is a great site kinda like a DIY lawyer! It was pretty easy and didn't take much time.
It is a very good idea if you have children, because wills allow to you name legal gaurdianship for your children. Pretty important in my family with all the crazies we have lol!!

We updated ours about three years ago, now that the kids are grown up we didn't need to have guardians on there anymore.

Good question! No we don't. It seems to be one of those things we are going to do, but never get around to it. When it crosses my mind, I'm always busy with something else and then forget about it. Thank you for the friendly reminder. With a new year starting, I need to put that at the top of my to do list.
