 The best advise I was given during my divorce (which took 2.5 years) from an extremely annoying and exasperating man was,"Give your problems up to God at night and, in the morning, He'll only give you back the ones He knows you can handle."  and "This too shall pass"  oh, and a third..."This is not my problem"...that one help sort things out.

 I did a lot of writing down feelings and alot of talking. I have some great friends who let me say what I needed to whenever I needed to.  Letting all the emotions out was a great help and let me sleep - most of the time.  Of course I was depressed and I sleep alot with that.  Godd luck and we are all here for you.

 All I can offer is (((HUGS))) and suggest a nice cup of hot tea(decaf) tune the radio to some light music and just lay back, close your eyes and don't do anything but listen to music.
