Beautiful home/house. Most houses that are similiar to yours here are being listed around $250-$275,000 and selling in that range also. It's taking longer to sell , but eventually they get their prices.

Wow that is very nice! That house would easily go for over 400,000 here or more. Most of the houses in my area are only 3 or 4 bedrooms, and little to no yard.

All I can say is wow - wish I lived there. I'm looking for a house and fell in love with a 4-BR 2.75 bath built in the 60s on Saturday but it's $229,900 - down from the original listing of $268,000. Even at the lower price it's out of my range.
