Fried or Baked?

Your turkey? My parents usually do both, last year they opted to do 2 fried though.

roasted    my mom uses a huge roaster which is perfect cause it saves the oven for baking pies all day.  I jsut went out and bought one for myself since I'll be cooking a bird this year.
