Don't forget to get some exercise in during the long weekend of turkey-eating!!
Hi Heather-I'm still plugging away at my exercise schedule. Teaching four fitness classes a week right now, this week I've subbed two extra Pilates classes so my upper body is a little tight today. And I actually ran one day this week with my dd...but only to the BBQ place about two miles away for lunch. We were so full we had to walk home!Hopefully next week I will be back on the running schedule. I'm taking too much time off after my marathon! Can't start baking for the holidays until I've started running again to balance it out, LOLIt looks like you are really sticking to your program! Are you feeling stronger? Feeling or seeing any results?? Good luck with this!
