Hi gals -Let's kick it into gear before Santa's cookies make their way into our tummies!My Dec Goals: Walk to and from work (almost 2 miles round trip)Go to the gym 3x/weekTry to exercise somehow every day December 1: Board meeting - worked from 8a to 9.30p. Should count as exercise if life were fair. December 2: Board meeting, travel, exhaustion December 3: Walked to work. Gym: 20 min cardio December 4: Walked to work. Gym: 10 min cardio, crunches, back December 5: Walked to and from work. December 6: Walked to work. December 7: Day off - shopping, UCAL sale opening December 8: Walked about 2 miles outside. December 9: Christmas shopping, baking, etc. Felt like I ran a marathon afterward - has to count for something! December 10: Walked to and from work. December 11: Walked from work. December 12: Walked to and from work. Gym: 20 min cardio, 15 min treadmill. December 13: December 14: December 15: December 16: December 17: December 18: December 19: December 20: December 21: December 22: December 23: December 24: December 25: December 26: December 27: December 28: December 29: December 30: December 31
This is a great idea! I hope you do this in January, too - I plan on "GETTING MOVING" then! Now, I just plan on eating a sleeping, lol!

what about a forum for a fitness challenge? would anyone interested?
I would--I exercise alot already, and teach fitness classes, but it's not enough for this 45 year old gut! I need a kick in the butt to keep me rolling!
I"ll do my best to follow your example this month......but January is going to be better for me. We leave for our Xmas vacation on the 21st. While we'll be doing a lot of walking ........I'll be doing well to keep even with the extra calories from the wine and food (we'll be in Rome and Venice!). Great idea......and the "public documentation" is a great idea!

I would join you on this! I was trying to lose the last 5 pounds I am still carrying around from having a baby I had wanted to lose it before the first of the year so that my only goal in the new year would be to NOT gain it back
