12/30/08 Update

I am so sorry these did not go out the week of the 20th. I took them to the post office and the line was so long I walked out. I just have not had the time to update again. The went out today. They are in the mail. I did receive a few more items so I did include these. Any others that come in now will be sent back. (ctaylor and deerewife you are received.)

These are all postal today. Sorry can't wait on these any more. If you have sent and I have not received your items I am sorry, I will send them back to you when they arrive.
If you have not sent please do not send. I have given two extenstions on these and still a lot is missing. I said no exception on the 19th and I am sticking to that. Sorry

I have some local friends who scrapbook that I was able to convince to fill a few spots in some swaps and I filled a few. Unfortunaly I am sorry halloween swap was a total bust. See below


NEW Swap -Halloween Theme- 4 items received everyone will get back 6 (sorry) (items turned in are cute though)

NEW SWAP- Basic Grey Euphoria- All items finsihed. No items back (got a last minute one from Art_Teacher), I filled in a few spots and had two friends that did (this swap is really pretty)

NEW SWAPS- Cloud Nine (Two swaps)- (these both turned out nice dispite some missing pieces)
Cinnomon Stick-  9 items recieved 1 items returned

Coco Mint- 7 items received 3 returned

As a result of this last round of swaps I am sorry to say I am offically hanging up my hostess hat for good. I am totally fed up with all this. I posted these swaps AUG 11 and gave over three months with two weeks extenstions and still had to fill several spots and have one totally bomb.

I am sorry to all those that were on time. I thank you for that. You will receive a litte apprication gift from me in your swaps.

I'm so glad you postponed the Euphoria swap!  I was upset with myself at having to mail them late (Thanksgiving snuck up on me!).  But, I will definitely have them mailed to you this coming week!

 I hope everyone gets these in because I am really looking forward to these swaps.

Dang - my Halloween spots have been done for awhile. Just forgot to mail them. Postal on Monday.

 Does anyone have Niki's address for me to mail my swaps to?  I never received any instructions as to where to mail the swaps to.  I PM'd Niki and have not heard back from her.  I have mine ready to go.

 I have them.  TOTALLY forgot.  Will get them bagged adn off this weekend!!

 Oh, I'm so glad this is postponed.  I bought all the stuff to do these months ago and just got busy with life and spaced these two swaps.  I've got a hectic weekend, but starting Monday I should be able to work on these.  I will mail them as soon as possible next week.

 Glad this is postponed too.  I bought the wrong color flowers, don't know what I was thinking so I need to go shopping again and haven't had time to do so.  I'm aiming for Saturday.  I'll post when mailed.

 Finally got Niki's address from someone, so I sent my package to Niki today!

 I've had mine done since before Thanksgiving.  Sent you a pm to get your addy, and I've yet to get a reply. So I still have mine and they are ready to be sent out.

 I started a thread about Niki.  She can't send PM's on here.  If you ask I'll get her addy to you. 

Niki if you can read this I'm soooooo sorry I havent' called yet I ahve been REALLY busy.  Will try tomorrow when I get off work!!!

 Did you receive Rebajane's stuff?  She told me several weeks ago that she'd mailed it to you . . . I'm thinking early to mid-November is when she said she mailed.  She's without internet now so she can only log on when she goes to the library.  Let me know if you did or didn't receive and when I talk to her this weekend I'll let her know.

 I'm sorry mine were late, Niki!  Must've got slowed down by the holiday mail, because I mailed them a week before your extended deadline.  I know hostessing is very frustrating, but what I don't understand is people who sign up and just flake!  Why do they bother to sign up and then never say a word when they drop out?

I would rather them tell me they are dropped out then just not send at all. I am quite pissed off at a few swappers on this board that totally flaked. But I should have know people would flake.

 mine was mailed on the 13 I think....that Sat....But I'm done swapping too.  I just don't have the time anymore.

I tried calling you the other day but I guess you called from work??  I'll look up your home/cell and try later....

 So did mine get to you??  I realize your frustration...but I had delays getting this mailed once I got the right stuff...

 I've heard about swaps but am still a bit unclear on how its done, what is done. can someone clue me in. I would be interested in participating now that my skill level is a bit better. I live right down the block from the post office so i have no excuse as its next to my local grocery store I'm at all the time. lol.. well I guess I could come up with excuses but I won't. j/k..
