Aw rats, sounded so good until I reread it and got to the word "Banana"........I'm allergic to them! However, the rest of my family can try it.

I bet you could substitute the mashed banana for pumpkin? That sounds like it would be delicious, too!

Perhaps.....We love pumpkin cakes/breads/etc. Just depends on how strong the peanutbutter is........good idea!!

This is one of my favorite things to do with bananas "past their prime." Eat it for breakfast, or dessert! lol It is delicious!
