This drink is so good and refreshing in the hot weather! Feels fancy, but is easy to make!
Boil water and steep 1 cup of hot, hibiscus tea (or passionfruit, but hibiscus is red and healthy, and it adds complexity to the rest.
)Stir in a tablespoon of honey to the hot tea.
Fill a short glass with ice and pour 1/2 cup of the tea over the ice.
Add in 1/2 cup of tart cherry juice.
Squeeze half a lime into the drink (or a tablespoon of lime juice concentrate, and stir. )
