I've been through the FAQ, Help forum and I can't figure out why it's not changing.... have downsized the file, and it even tells me that my profile has been updated but then when I go back to check, the pic is the same.
Also can't seem to change my password. Am directly copy/pasting my password from my password-request email... when I go to change it tells me I have entered my current password incorrectly.
Any hints?

Are you changing your avi through the My Account - Bio tab? It doesn't work to change it in the User Control Panel anymore.

When you are copy/pasting your password, you might be selecting a space before or after the password.
