I don't know why the web site crash's and I have to log back in numerous times during the day while on the web site? Also the hour before midnite the site crash numerous times also are other people having problems with this also? I'm in Washington State

What do you mean crash? Does your internet browser crash? or do you get an error message or something? Which browser are you using?
