I found these at Hobby Lobby. You use your printer to print on the special paper then cover it with a specail adhesive backing then PRESTO! a really easy to use RUB ON! I used it on the word creativity in this layout: You've got to try it!

I did some altered canvas for my sis for CHristmas and found that a very thin coat on the canvas and on the back of the paper worked the best in that situation.
