 Beautiful home/house.  Most houses that are similiar to yours here are being listed around $250-$275,000 and selling in that range also.  It's taking  longer to sell , but eventually they get their prices. 

 I would have a field day there.  I love antiques and "old" things.  I bet you would probably learn a great deal about your ancestors and relatives and maybe even find a lot of things fasinating.
