Hi everyone, the new system for leaving reviews is live everywhere now. You should see a "Write a Review" button by each eligible product when you view completed orders in your account. That will pop up a window and allow you to submit a review into the Shopper Approved system, which will ...

The way I leave reviews is by going to my account history, opening up my orders, clicking on a product and then leave a review. Sorry everyone - we're switching over the way that we collect and display reviews to a new system and we're still working out the kinks. I appreciate the feedback and we're looking at ways to improve how they display.

That's strange - there was a points discount applied to your order but it didn't actually discount anything. I've got that fixed and we'll refund the extra $5 once the order ships out. Sorry for the trouble!
