The way I leave reviews is by going to my account history, opening up my orders, clicking on a product and then leave a review. That's strange - there was a points discount applied to your order but it didn't actually discount anything. I've got that fixed and we'll refund the extra $5 once the order ships out. Sorry for the trouble!
