I used fibers (silver tinsel), stickers (snowflake Dazzles), blue (snowflakes and greeting), scalloped edge (bottom) and a stamped image (greeting).

I hope I did this right, it is my first submission. :) I made a get well card using grey/silver cardstock and blue and crimson inks for the flowers.
