Re: White stencil medium

I love using stencils but am not familiar yet with all the paste/butter options, so this thread is very helpful!!

Re: Scrap a Day, July 22nd

I am procrastinating doing the laundry necessary for a trip to my parents tonight. I'm mostly excited about the trip (we're all then road tripping elsewhere tomorrow), but my back is killing me. I've been struggling with shoulder pain and my dr. gave me exercises and it's pulling all other component...

Re: Scrap a Day, June 10th

just popping in to say I have the house to myself now - friday morning, and friday all day I'll be at a store crop anyway!!! Bring on the scrappy goodness!!!

Also, I am good with the changes ACOT recently made; I absolutely love how they are so concerned with listening to their customers.

Re: Step back in time (MMC Chat)

I used to love swaps, and I definitely made some serendipity squares!

My back in the day is blogs--I miss all the homey "regular person" blogs with techniques and ideas and organization.

Re: Scrap a Day, May 18th

Hey Cherries. I ended up squeezing in another challenge last night. Today I have to clean up my scrap room but feeling too lazy right now. I went to bed way too late again last night. I have been doing better with that and need to get back on track with going to bed earlier. Monday I’m going to hav...

Re: Scrap a Day, May 18th

Happy Saturday--was hoping to scrap all day today, but instead, just ran errands all day. Can't complain too much as one of the errands was a pedicure and another was buying a new dress for family photos this week. LOL Hope everyone had a good Saturday!

Re: Scrap a Day, May 12th

Happy mother's day to all who celebrate and a hug to any who need it.  I spent yesterday with my parents, and today my kids gave me sweet gifts (chocolate and the barbie movie LOL) and we went out for Indian after church. Yum! Then I took a nap, we had leftovers for dinner and I packed up three page...

Re: Scrap a Day, May 11th

We went to my parents, ate lunch out at a winery they like, and visited three different cemeteries where we have family to decorate their headstones for Memorial Day...Took some pictures, one was next to an old church that was built on stacked rocks--just little pillars of rocks at each corner and i...

Re: May Goals

I love looking at all the projects! May goals...I would like to create three layouts and three cards. I'm counting on Memorial Day to actually do those--it's the end of the school year and I am ***fried*** with no energy when I get home and events all month. 5-10-24 I made 3 mother's day cards and t...

Re: Scrap a Day, May 8th

I hope it's ok to jump in--I'm mostly a cherry hunter but wanted to try to participate a bit more in the message board. This seems like maybe a daily chat thread? Stormy here, too. My son's band concert was canceled because of the expected weather--that hasn't really materialized. But I'm not compla...

Re: Solar Eclipse today

We traveled to my parents’ farm, they were in the path of totality (4 mins). Mom made pineapple sunshine pie and blackberry night pie. 😂💕 It was amazing and the kids really enjoyed it. I’m glad i took off work and we went, even though the return traffic was icky.

Re: did you get any scrappy gifts?

I got a huge book of general crafts. I am not really into general crafts, but I looked at every project and most of them inspired a card idea!

Re: ***New Cherry Questionairre***

How did you find ACOT?? I'm not sure, now, I've been a member/had a login for several years, but not really managed to hang out yet. :) What technique would you like to learn? I'd like to get better at watercoloring. Mine never turns out as pretty as what I see. Are you into digital or paper layout...
