30 pounds by the end of August? Is there a special reason for this timeframe? 30 pounds isn't that much. I'm eating healthy and not pushing myself to a bad point. That 5 months. That is 6 pounds a month. Less than 2 pounds a week. Don't worry I talked to my doctor before I started all this! :)

Does anybody have some paper measurements for these beauties? I think I'm making my strip to wide and not long enough?? What's the rule of thumb for the ratio of length to width so you can make tiny ones to the big ones.?

I do put a circle of cardstock on the back. I get that. But what kind of "glue" do you use? Do you sit there and hold it until the glue dries? That is where I'm running into the problem. I can't keep it together in the shape of the flower for the glue to set. I will see if my local craft s...

Paper madallions/lollies/flowers
I am having some trouble getting these cute little things to stick together. I get that you accordion fold the strips of paper then glue the ends together (and let it dry). My problem is getting it to stay flat and round. What kind of adhesive do you use to get it stay flat, round, and cute?

What is the best paper to use with Copic?
I love my Copic markers! But I'm having problems with bleeding because I know I'm not using the right paper. So what kind of paper should I be using for stamped images? I know I saw an article on this at one point and I didn't write down the information...silly me.
