My little shih tzu -- Gizmo. Cutest little puppie dog ever! Our hearts were broken when we lost him two years ago to that dreaded of all diseases -- cancer.

I am concerned today because of stressful times (health wise) with family and living too far away.

Recently I have found that milk has been bothering my digestive system so I switched to lactose free and it's made a huge difference. I like milk and have it on cereal in the morning and a glass to drink at lunch time.

In the mornings I wake up to my clock radio (news talk station). During the night-time, I wake up to insistent urgings of an aging body telling me it's time for a 'pit' stop! Don't want to ignore those messages!
