Smiles: Made another batch of homemade applesauce today. Worked on some stuff for my booth at the craft fair. Got my butt kicked at Monopoly Jr. today by a 3 and 5 year old. Survivor and Hell's Kitchen are on tonight. Frowns: I have a headache - one of those ones that start in your neck and go up th...

Hope Jules is feeling better soon!

Smiles: Got two new cedar adirondack glider rockers for the deck today. Chatted with some friends today. Made no bake cookies and ate them still hot with a spoon and a big glass of milk.

Frowns: My mom's cousin passed away this morning.

Re: Happy Fall!!!

I love fall too! I'm meeting some friends for lunch on Sunday at a local orchard/winery, and I plan on bringing home two big bags of apples and making homemade applesauce! I usually make apple butter too, but I have so much left over from last year, I think I will skip that this year. I'll also be p...

So many hobbies so little time!

I know that I have sort of disappeared from the board lately, and I haven't been scrapping as much as I once was. I have been spending most of my free time on my other hobby - crocheting! I recieved such a positive response from so many cherries here when I first started my Etsy shop a few months ag...

Re: Smiles n Frowns for 7/12

Smiles: Found and bought the exact patio table and chairs within two minutes of arriving at the first store we went to today. Since we had so much extra time, we just shopped for a while and enjoyed the morning. The kids got some new books, and DH made them a giant slip and slide in the yard today. ...

Re: Smiles N Frowns for July 8

Smiles: Got the grocery shopping done this morning with kids in tow, and they were very well behaved. DS (4 y/o) even made my grocery list for me. Did some scrapping while the kids took a nap. The rain missed us this afternoon so DH was able to mow the grass after work. Frowns: Still a lot to do aro...
