i like folkart brand. not the apple barrel, tho. apple barrel seems to have less pigment and takes more layers to cover like i want it to.

i still ink everything. i also like mixing up fonts and textures. that is...if i ever get back in my studio i will.

i don't usually buy themed lines but i think this one will be an exception. love it!

 i went to catholic school.  some of my favorite teachers were nuns.  so from 1st thru 3rd grade i thought i wanted to be one too, rofl!!!  about jr. high i started thinking of art and that's what i did.  i've been a professional artist since my mid 20's.

 ok i have a ton of flair.  so much my corkboard is full.  is there a way there to add another corkboard?  i can't seem to find out that dilema.

 i hear kayla giggling and talking.  3 mos. old is so precious.

 is it already morning?  i woke up tired.  lol.  a busy weekend for us.  dh and i are keeping kayla, our 3 mos. old granddaughter, for the weekend.  i love just watching her.  she's at that stage where she smiles and coos at the simplest things.   

 i am new to it, too.  i have the flair thing figured out.  people send me gifts.  sometimes i get the notice but then can't find where they sent them to.  lol.  i'm probably not a lot of help.  honestly, when i am on there i try to figure out what the big deal is.  not sure i "get" it yet...

 i would ink all the edges of the papers with black ink.  it's an easy way to bring some more black to balance out the lettering without over powering the page.  you could cross stitch some a bit here and there on some of the edges to add a little more.  or do it with a pen if you don't want to both...
